The company was established in the year 2015 with two directors,  Mr.P.Saravanakumar and Dr.K.G.Dhanalakshmi.

Mr P.Saravanakumar M.E., MBA., has  more than 27 years of rich professional experience in Electrical and Electronics and Textile  industry . He is a certified Six Sigma Black belt holder from Indian Statistical Institute. He was QMS Internal Auditor for ISO 9001-2008.

Dr. K.G. Dhanalakshmi, M.Sc.,M.Phil., PhD. has 22 years of experience in various fields of Life sciences. She has published more than 10 research articles in international and national journals. She has also authored a chapter in the book Energy and Eco-Friendly Materials, MacMillanAdvanced Research Series ISBN 978-935-059-047-8.
